We currently ship exclusively within Ireland. All delivery costs within Ireland are covered by us, so your order is prepared, packed, and sent without additional delivery charges. Each parcel is handled with care before it leaves our location.
Order preparation and delivery timeline
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once your order has been dispatched.
- Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days in total.
Our daily order cut-off time is 17:00 GMT, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
While we always aim to meet the stated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or logistical challenges. If there is any change to your delivery status, we will keep you informed.
